Renato has worked with powerhouse names like Nike, Coca-Cola, Bacardi, and the Dallas Cowboys, blending strategic clarity with creative firepower. He founded WASI as a space where brands—especially challenger brands—could cut through the noise with bold ideas rooted in insight.

He’s also the co-founder of LGND, a sports-focused creative agency, and is known for his motto: Clarity is Currency.

Michael Lamb—better known in creative circles as Chop—is a branding veteran with over 25 years of experience shaping campaigns and identities that demand attention and drive results. His career spans agency giants (Tribal DDB, TM) and in-house creative teams at brands like JC Penney and RadioShack, where he led cross-functional teams and delivered award-winning work.

As Creative Director at WASI and Co-Founder of LGND, Michael brings a sharp eye, a strategic mind, and an unwavering instinct for what makes brands stick. His superpower? Turning raw ideas into unforgettable visual languages—and leading teams with clarity and conviction.

Justin Kipker

Digital Experience Director

Justin is a seasoned digital strategist and experience designer with nearly two decades in advertising, eCommerce, and performance marketing. He began his career at Tribal DDB in Dallas, cutting his teeth on major consumer brands like Frito-Lay and Pepsi, before pivoting to an early conversion-focused agency where data and UX intersected long before it was trendy.

In 2012, Justin relocated to San Diego to pursue a passion for sailing, all while diving deep into high-volume paid social strategy and legal lead generation. There, he specialized in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and building systems that turn ad dollars into real results.

Today, Justin brings that full-circle expertise client-side — serving as the digital brain behind a high-end fashion brand. He connects brand, tech, and performance into one seamless strategy, overseeing everything from paid media and CRO to front-end development and full-stack digital experience.

He believes in clean design, purposeful user journeys, and the power of a strong narrative — backed by data, and built to perform.
